WHILE WRITING A NOTICE

use a formal but simple and easy language.
write in the third person
be brief and to the point
make sure to write within the given word limit.
put the notice in a box.
the content needs to answer the question 'what', 'when', 'where', 'who' and 'how'

*pink block-the date of issuing a notice
