A Notice is a short piece of writing which is written with an aim to announce information related to different issues or events,


WHILE WRITING A NOTICE
  • use a formal but simple and easy language.
  • write in the third person
  • be brief and to the point
  • make sure to write within the given word limit.
  • put the notice in a box.
  • the content needs to answer the question 'what', 'when', 'where', 'who' and 'how'

*yellow block-Name of organisation/institute/office issuing the notice
*light green-write the word notice here
*pink block-the date of issuing a notice 
*dark blue block-heading and subject
*blue block-in the block write the contents of the notice
*name and designation of the person issuing the notice

Q:
You are Anurag of class xii of Kendriya Vidyalaya school.You are the secretary of your school's Sports Club. Write a notice in not more than 50 worlds about the Annual Sports meet to be organised in the third week o September,20xx 


Q2: You lost your Titan wrist-watch in your School. Draft a notice, not more than 50 words,to be placed on your school notice board. You are a student of class XII of central public school, Delhi, Sign as Nupur/Anurag
